After you purchase the fitting, I will reach out within 24 hours.

I will request that you take a picture of your nipple, with a ruler under it (mm side up). It might be easiest to have somebody take the picture for you.

I will mail you a ruler if you need it.

Once I have the picture mentioned above, I will mail you 6 flanges: Three different sizes in two different shapes.

Then, we get to do your fitting!

Have your pump(s) charged (if they charge) and ready to go! Fittings are best done on a pump that is not a wearable and not a hand pump. If you’re not sure about this, or you would like a fitting for your wearable, please contact me before purchasing.

We will meet for a scheduled hour (could take much less than an hour, but it is good to have the time, if needed).

We will try the different flanges, and I will help you assess for the right fit using an evidence-based method.

Sometimes after pumping with the new flanges, you realize they may not be as comfortable as you thought.

Or, sometimes when too large of flanges are used for an extended period, swelling occurs. After getting the proper fit, this swelling can go down. When this happens, you might notice you need a size adjustment.

These visits are included with your purchase.

After our fitting (~1 week out), I will send you a survey regarding your flange fit. If you used other sizes before these, you will be asked to compare the experiences (comfort & output) with the different sizes.

This survey is critical toward the mission of getting communities & hospitals on board with smaller & individualized flanges being the standard.
