  While they offer prenatal massages, they aren't specific to prenatal/postnatal moms, BUT I always loved going here pre/postnatally when I wanted to just treat myself. It's a little pricier than other massage therapists, but it always felt like a treat going to a spa! I would sometimes get a facial or eyelash lift to just make me feel better about myself.

• GROW Prenatal & Family Center offers lots of family education classes, including sibling preparation, newborn care, breastfeeding, dogs & babies, etc.
  I took several classes here when I was pregnant and was so happy with all of them!

• Beginnings Childbirth

• Parent Education Classes at Birth Journeys (CPR, childbirth, newborn care, breastfeeding, etc.)

• We LOVE Essex Pediatrics. We hear all pediatricians are amazing, but we have experience with Meredith Monahan, and she's the best. They also have free home support services and support groups. I had a mom support group every Friday morning when my son was born that saved me, seriously; it was the highlight of every week. I also had a nurse/doula that would come spend a couple of hours with my son (FOR FREE) when I needed to just clean, or get things done. Our son's pediatrician was also at the hospital checking in on him everyday that we were there! 10/10 recommend.

• If you have a little extra money to splurge on fitness, I LOVED Orange Theory before I had my son. It's definitely intense so beware; it's probably best to not start when you're freshly postpartum.
