Sleep Resources
Disclaimer: I have provided resources to support safe infant sleep practices. Please note that the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) advises against bed sharing under any circumstances due to safety concerns. While I support informed, respectful discussion around bed sharing and understand that some families may choose to do so, it is essential to follow evidence-based guidelines for reducing risk.
If you choose to bed share at any time, please refer to the shared resources on how to do so as safely as possible. Ultimately, every family must make the decision that feels right for them.
Important: I am not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or outcomes resulting from unsafe sleep practices. It is your responsibility to assess the risks and make informed decisions in consultation with your healthcare provider.
If you are in need of or looking for resources that are not here, please reach out so I can try and provide you with what you’re looking for.
If you have amazing resources that aren’t listed here but you feel like they should be, PLEASE let me know! I want to continuously expand this list, and I know there’s so many more resources out there that I’m not aware of.
Please let me know if you have trouble with any of the links so that I can address the issue!
